If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must notify me at least 24 hours before your treatment time to receive a full refund.
Within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged for the full treatment cost.
If you are late for your appointment, I will work within the remaining time. This is for the consideration of other clients. Treatment will be charged at full value.
Thank you for your understanding, and helping my little business run effectively.

The studio is within a repurposed shipping container, which is fully lined and insulated with ventilation for air flow. During the winter it is kept cosy with heaters and a heated couch cover. During the summer it is kept cool with fans.
The consultation area has large windows for natural light. There is a dividing wall between this area and the treatment room, which has no windows for privacy and soft lighting for a cosy feel.
There is NO toilet located inside the studio. Please use St. Saviours Yard’s public toilets which are located a 2 minute walk from the studio.
-
For all access needs, please contact me prior to booking to ensure I can adapt the space for you. I can arrange wheelchair access to the studio using the Yard’s community wheelchair ramp, however the doorway to the treatment space is 75cm wide.

Arrive to St Saviours Yard a few minutes early, so you have time to find and use the Yard’s toilets and find the studio without stress.
I will welcome you at the studio door at your appointment time. Please note there is no waiting area.
We will take a few minutes to talk through how you are feeling on the day, how you use your body and what you hope to receive from treatment.
We will then agree on how the treatment will look, and I will explain what to remove clothes-wise, and how to lie on the table.
Questions are welcome all the way through, including when you are on the table. Your comfort is my priority!

Before your treatment, please make sure you have showered on the day. Nothing else is necessary! There is absolutely no need to shave, or feel self-conscious about your body. Try not to eat a heavy meal right before your treatment. Please do not consume drugs or alcohol before your appointment as I will not be able to treat you and the full cost will still apply.
After your treatment, make sure to drink plenty of water (massage moves a lot of fluid around the body, and you can feel a little dehydrated). You may feel a little sleepy and in your own bubble. It is best to try to plan a slow day after treatment, avoiding vigorous exercise or activities that require a lot of mental energy! Most of all, be kind to yourself.

Please feel able to discuss your concerns by reaching out before your treatment to discuss how best we can work together.
I am well used to adapting massage treatments for a range of conditions including chronic pain, neurological, cycle-based and mental health reasons.
You are the expert on your condition, and I will do my best to help you feel comfortable and to relax.
We can generally adapt on the day, though there are some cases in which massage is not suitable, e.g. broken bones or recent surgeries.
If you are unsure, please check with your doctors if massage is suitable for your condition.
